Screwed...

this morning... the first thought in my head was that now im really totally screwed!! never been so pissed in the early mornings... i figured GT people never takes me seriously eh... i rushed to settle this accomodation because of a boy... along the way in finding tenants i ended up promising 2 more other folks to get an accomodation... then i had to try my best to convince the two tenants to stay with me... all because i promised a boy that i'll make sure of his accomodation. i took nearly 2 months trying to get accomodation... all because i promised all three including that boy that i'll get the place. with lots of help... finally managed to get a place... paid for the boys share... and thought all is settled... managed to get a pretty big place... so the boy can have ample space to run around... way below his budget.
and after everything has settled down... finally he sends his dad to say he's sorry but he has to back off from this... due to some stupid reason... "i must screw you... thanks but no thanks... eat your own shit... haha". i cant afford to pay that rent... how am i gonna find another person to share a room... i cant just find any tom, dick or harry... AUD740 per month?!?!? thats around 2100 ringgit per month... how the heck can i afford that?!?!?!
sorry but i have to say this... for the moment... GT people only know how to talk SHIT... im too lazy to further elaborate on hwat i meant... but im starting to learn a very valueble lesson...
ANYWAY, other news.... my industrial trainning period had just ended... it had been a great 7 weeks... (still cant help thinking about how screwed i am right now...)

what the heck is a "Boo"... apparently its the newest slang in the music industry/ whatever... a boo? sounds like the word Boo! when u scare someone... more like a ghost... then as well to mean it might mean a bruise or cut... like you et a boo- boo when you fall down and scraped your knee or somehting... anyway... so if it does really represent either... then thats pretty funny... go figure
hahha... managed to get hold of another victim's personal belonging... interesting i should say... kekek...

Farewell... to 3 years of hardship and fun... archi for life!

sigh... the long day/ weekend is finally over... i tell you, working in an archi firm can be pretty stressful... especially when you have to try and please 2 different bosses out from the same project having different ideas and requirements... ugh... but it's still fun.
been trying to upload my pictures from my first project i did here for my industrial training... alas.. the faultiness of dial-ups... just can't wait for broadband to arrive... with fingers crossed... it might be soon. i can say that i'm pretty fortunate to be doing these sort of things during industrial training... lots of designing work... and no draughting and office boy errands for me...
my first project was this high class housing development, set in the lovely small island off the sabah shores... pretty cool eh? i think the client kindda goes with my idea... hopefully it be built and be just what i wanted... then again theres lots of alteration to be done by the seniors... atleast hopefully the aesthetic is there... then it be living proof for my future reference.
currently i've been assign to this new project... its a commercial project set right in between Sabah's currently biggest supermarket... its sort of a commercial/ office building... pretty cool.. but very tight... so hard to squeeze everything into one plot of land... adding to the by-laws we need to follow... for a 1.2 acre land.. they want futsal courts... cineplexes... a food court... retail areas... and offices... not to mention... car parks (the most irritating part in designs..), i had trouble during the first project... carparks as well... everything worked pretty okay... till carparks became a hassle... especially if it where to be incorporated into the building as well... ugh! why dont people jsut walk... Oops... that goes for me too... hehe.

anyway... i think i better go hit the showers... and hit the sack!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 2 0 0 ... 5!!! awesome dude!! im finally a year wiser... and not a single grey hair to be seen... amazing!!
threw a mini get together party with a couple of good friends... though i wish... another from our lovely neighbouring country could be here... nonetheless it was fun. havent had good grog and gossips for awhile... old times... bad times... MIA from each other experiences... etc. and to my surprise... people in the group has changed tremendously... Ben... so... different... okay ladys... he's up for grabs... hottest bachelor around... 21 years old... height 6'10"... well built... nicely tanned... cool personality... mom owns a superb chicken marinate sauce for BBQ... with a bonus... sexy ass... haha... seriously!
