what do you do when you have a "splinter" in your team? nothing...
more specifically, what if you have a team member that has problems with authority, and wants to take over the team leadership? answer: you give him the responsibilty...
if he eagers to be the boss, and pays no respect to the supposed leader... then give it to him. (in a worldly context, you fire the person, as in get rid of him)
anyway... as you all should know by now, this situation is definitely related to my current scenario... but on the other hand, i might be wrong. however, i usually am not wrong on this... plus he's a typical kiasu singaporean, top school snobbish... smart ass, oh so talented bloody bastard prick! but theres nothing i can do about it... sorry for my rude behavior, but its a blog... i can type and say however i want to express my feelings on.
other events: haha... i won my last tennis match! my team won! i played 2 matches... lost one in a tie break 6-7(6-8), and won one 6-0! what a way to break my losing streak. this weeks match... BRING IT ON!!
the musical went pretty smoothly... the props and stage set was pretty nifty. yea.. proud of the whole team... and their committed contributions. the performance was okay... the singing was the turn off... but overall it was good. a very cliche sort of musical/ drama.
yea... anyway! time to get back to work...
