made my debut in the world of risotto making yesterday... was inspired by some fella on tv, when he was demonstrating hoiw to make risotto using local aussie mushrooms... adding flavour by mixing it with abit of european mushrooms. so i tried my version... hehe it was a minor debut, coz i used this shortcut risotto packet thing... everything turn out pretty well, 'cept was impatient to wait for the rice to soften to its full potential... yum.
its been a rocky week... but i see glimpses of light ahead... being with someone really isnt easy as it seems, especially when you have to consider the other...
im getting rather sleepy... i've decided to dedicate friday and the rest of the weekend to my work... aint no stoppin' me!!
