"Moses supposes his toeses are Roses,
But Moses supposes Erroneously,
Moses he knowses his toeses aren't roses,
As Moses supposes his toeses to be!
Moses supposes his toeses are Roses,
But Moses supposes Erroneously,
A mose is a mose!
A rose is a rose!
A toes a toes!

Moses supposes his toeses are Roses,
But Moses supposes Erroneously,
For Moses he knowses his toeses arent roses,
As Moses supposes his toeses to be!
As Moses supposes his toeses to be!
A Rose is a rose is a rose is a rose is
A rose is for Moses as potent as toeses
Couldn't be a lily or a daphi daphi dilli
It's gotta be a rose cuz it rhymes with mose!

First... but no the last...
finally... my first and most hate paper has ended!! ridiculous yet so straight forward... anyway, one down 2 to go!!! woopidoo!!
hmmm... there was a discussion on the table about the creation of a micro genius... ahhh still clearly can remember that at the back of my head. my first micro genius!! Dad brought it home one day... and boy we were so excited!! from that instant we were glued tight unto the screen... my first game!! chip and dale!! awesome...
when that was invented... everyone was so crazy about it... then there was nintendo... longer cassettes... bigger machine... and the joysticks all had simple buttons like A and B... then Sega came along... and then the C button was added in. took me awhile to get use to that extra button... C... pretty useful it should seem. then the ultimate game box came along... play station!! and boy was i confused on the buttons... no more A, B, Cs.... instead there were symbols of a square, triangle, circle... not only that! there was X and Ys!! and now my index finger had of great use for me!! ... years later... nothing improved... until the X-Box arrived... and what the Heck is that?!?!!?! geewizz...

Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head
Raindrops keep falling on my head
And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed
Nothin' seems to fit
Those raindrops are falling on my head, they keep falling
So I just did me some talkin' to the sun
And I said I didn't like the way he' got things done
Sleepin' on the job
Those raindrops are falling on my head, they keep falling
But there's one thing I know
The blues he sends to meet me won't defeat me
It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me
Raindrops keep falling on my head
But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red
Crying's not for me
Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin'
Because I'm free
Nothing's worrying me
And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed
Nothin' seems to fit

Been rekindering an old friendship... its set!! final presentation on the 29th... not really a presentation... just pinning up my final works... and letting the drawings to the talking... just relieved i've managed to shrug CT3 and modern aside for the moment... STUDIO!! your mine!! anyway... papers all scattered... one on the 8th of november... another tentatively on the 22th... and the final one's on the 24th!! ugh... why hasnt the Head reply my mail... fingers crossed... then its coming home time!! for you all peeps... its on the 27th!! yippie!! oooooOOOHHhhh... roti telur... maggi goreng... cheese naan... wan tan mee... there was this husband who hated his wife's cat, and wanted to get rid of it...
the next day he took the cat 10 blocks away, and drop the cat and went back...
as he reached home... he saw the lil' critter strolling around...
the next day... he dropped it 40 blocks away...
when he reached home again.. there the cat was... home sweet home.
and so finally he decided... the next day he took the car round the corner
over the river... under the bridge... way pass the hills... cross... the borders...
and finally when thats done... he realised that he didnt know his way back.
so he called home to his wife... and said to his wife: "pass the phone to the lel' bastard... I'm lost!!"
heheh... funny? no?... must be the headache... definitely...

Yesterday was my first try on clay courts... it was fun! haha... it was our second away game and we won it! haha... awesome! my team's on a roll now... winning 3 straight matches. but the new court surface experience was... exquisite? sliding from one end of the court to the other... and its the only type of surface that we have to sweep up the court after every game... sweet!

Rainbow... (trout)... Connection
why are there so many songs about fishes
and whats on the other side
fishes are (not) vicious, but only delicious
fishes cant close their eyes
so we've been told, that some choose to eat it
i know they won't regret it, wait and see
someday we'll find it, trout connections
the cookers, the eaters, and me...
who said that every fish would be heard and answered
when wished on the morning star
someone caught of that, and someone grilled it
look whats it done so far
whats so amazing that keeps us star gazing
of all the dishes we can make
someday we'll find it, trout connections
the cookers, the eaters, and me...
all of us under its spell
and we'd probably know that its yummy...
have you been half asleep, and have you heard voices
i've heard them calling my name
is this the sweet sound that calls the young fishermen
i know its one and the same
i've smelled it too many times to ignore it
it's something im supposed to eat
someday we'll find it, trout connections
the cookers, the eaters, and me...

le Corbusier...
just finished my modern B lecture... today... was modern B day. tutorial was okay... the discussion was pretty interesting, yet very boring in a sense of its topics. well, i realised that i have really very different view of le corb. although i do favour in his architecture... but my views of his intentions was rather... less humane. was contemplating a couple of times, whether i should had voice out my oppinions... which were very crude and individualistic. they were all discussing on le corb's design intentions, trying to be concern for the public, yet his solutions was still very naive. mine however, totally contradicts to it. being the fact that he was totally individual in his intentions... basically he just cut and pasted all his favourite ideas and forms into his buildings... having his own identity and style to be known in the world, nothing to do with the context and stakeholders. unlike his earlier works... for the international style... of very duplicatic design styles.
anyway, the lecture was pretty interesting, discussing on the later works/ second half of le corb's and wrights' design ideas. yea... it was a pity though, the lecturer touched very little on one of my all time favourite le corb buildings... the Carpenter Centre for the visual arts, at harvard university. she had very little time to spare with... and it was actually the last slide. sigh... its a building that has been talked about very little in lectures and books. probably of its less significant impact it lied into le corbs design... unlike the Chandigrah, Ronchamp, Villa Savoye... etc.
Yeap.
Le Corbusier 1963
The Carpenter Center is Le Corbusier's only building in North America, and one of the last to be completed during his lifetime. Its wonderful collection of concrete forms bring together many of the design principles and devices from Le Corbusier's earlier works: the ondulatoires (windows above left) from La Tourette; the brises soleils (below) originally from the Marseille unité d'habitation but angled later in Chandigarh (but here with glass for the Massachusetts climate); and the original Five Points from the 1920s 'accentuated in a new way: as if the Villa Savoye had been exploded inside out, with ramp and curved partitions extending into the environment.' The ramp and architectural promenade is particularly strong at the Carpenter Center.
'At the heart is a cubic volume from which curved studios pull away from one another on the diagonal. The whole is cut through by an S-shaped ramp which rises from one street and descends towards the other... The layers and levels swing out and back from the grid of concrete pilotis wihtin, making the most of cantilevering to create interpenetrations of exterior and interior, as well as a sequence of spatial events linked by the promenade architecturale of the ramp.'

double jeopardy...
what do you do when you have a "splinter" in your team? nothing...
more specifically, what if you have a team member that has problems with authority, and wants to take over the team leadership? answer: you give him the responsibilty...
if he eagers to be the boss, and pays no respect to the supposed leader... then give it to him. (in a worldly context, you fire the person, as in get rid of him)
anyway... as you all should know by now, this situation is definitely related to my current scenario... but on the other hand, i might be wrong. however, i usually am not wrong on this... plus he's a typical kiasu singaporean, top school snobbish... smart ass, oh so talented bloody bastard prick! but theres nothing i can do about it... sorry for my rude behavior, but its a blog... i can type and say however i want to express my feelings on.
other events: haha... i won my last tennis match! my team won! i played 2 matches... lost one in a tie break 6-7(6-8), and won one 6-0! what a way to break my losing streak. this weeks match... BRING IT ON!!
the musical went pretty smoothly... the props and stage set was pretty nifty. yea.. proud of the whole team... and their committed contributions. the performance was okay... the singing was the turn off... but overall it was good. a very cliche sort of musical/ drama.
yea... anyway! time to get back to work...

A Washout...
Its the start of the long but short weekend... fridays...
About yesterday's game, we declared it a wash out due to the heavy rain pouring from the sky. it's such a pity... i was all up for it, ready to whack someones ass!! my hands are just fidgeting in excitement... melbourne weather... so unpredictable. but anyway, Next week... i better be ready for them.
oh geez... i forgot to call Sean yesterday... my time schedule was sort of screwed when my game was postponed.
there was a new exhibition being displayed at the Archi building's atrium... its the Colorbond Steel student bienniel... whatever... it's one of the most prestigious design competition held for students... and was i was in awe staring at the works... magnificent graphics. it was an exhibition of the finalist from all different unis around aussie, great and small... UNSW, QUT, RMIT... etc. yea... it was just truly inspiring.
to avoid letting the weekend just fly by... i'll shall sing you all a song...
come fly with me
lets fly lets fly away
if you can use some exotic boose
theres a bar in far bombay
common fly with me lets fly lets fly away
come fly with me
let's float down to peru
in llama land theres a one man band
and he'll tute his flute for you
lets take up in the blue...
once i get you up there
where the air is rarefied
we'll just fly, stary eyed
once i get you up there
i'll be holding you so near
you can hear, the angels cheer
because we're together
weather wise, its such a lovely day
just say the word and we'll beat those birds
down acupulco bay
come fly with me, l
come fly with me
lets fly lets fly away
if you can use some exotic boose
theres a bar in far bombay
common fly with me lets fly lets fly away
come fly with me

weather wise, its such a lovely day
just say the word and we'll beat those birds
down acupulco bay
come fly with me lets fly lets fly away!!!!!!
and then theres... fly me to the moon but i shall not further elaborate on that.. now.
About yesterday's game, we declared it a wash out due to the heavy rain pouring from the sky. it's such a pity... i was all up for it, ready to whack someones ass!! my hands are just fidgeting in excitement... melbourne weather... so unpredictable. but anyway, Next week... i better be ready for them.
oh geez... i forgot to call Sean yesterday... my time schedule was sort of screwed when my game was postponed.
there was a new exhibition being displayed at the Archi building's atrium... its the Colorbond Steel student bienniel... whatever... it's one of the most prestigious design competition held for students... and was i was in awe staring at the works... magnificent graphics. it was an exhibition of the finalist from all different unis around aussie, great and small... UNSW, QUT, RMIT... etc. yea... it was just truly inspiring.
to avoid letting the weekend just fly by... i'll shall sing you all a song...
come fly with me
lets fly lets fly away
if you can use some exotic boose
theres a bar in far bombay
common fly with me lets fly lets fly away
come fly with me
let's float down to peru
in llama land theres a one man band
and he'll tute his flute for you
lets take up in the blue...
once i get you up there
where the air is rarefied
we'll just fly, stary eyed
once i get you up there
i'll be holding you so near
you can hear, the angels cheer
because we're together
weather wise, its such a lovely day
just say the word and we'll beat those birds
down acupulco bay
come fly with me, l

Hello...
hello everyone!!
yet again i have neglected the existence of my blog and occupied myself with "other" things...
anyway! im going off to uni in a couple of minutes. i have a tennis match today at 1900 hours. and this time i feel much more prepared compared to last week's match. i went for "training" yesterday evening after classes, and man it was a vigourous one. my legs were really sore after the whole thing. yea... i think last week's match... i hardly/ or never really broke a sweat... it was an easy going match... hmmm today i shall be more competitive!! (i could elaborate further on my match last week, however... am too lazy!) *Yawn*
yeap! been sort of pretty occupied with things other than BGR... however things will be more toned down by the end of next week i think. and i should dedicate myself more into my Design work... lacking inspiration lately... hehe... [pondering why...]
anyway! my maid's gone of to be married to some illegal immigrant... it was a sudden/ secretive notion that no one had expected. nonetheless, my family managed to get a new one. yet to know on the details... but all i know is... she's a real sleeper... and when i mean sleeper... i mean SLEEPER... like a log. heard she can sleep through a whole racket of banging and shouting...etc. PIG PIG PIG!! and i thought i was a real pig... imagine her! they had to shake her... literally shook her till she peels her eyes... i suspect that she's on weeds. cant wait to meet her... thats if she doesnt get fired by the time i get home.
anyway, im off to uni now! wish me luck on my match... have to call Sean after the game... ugh!

Shades of grey...
i never managed to get around in replying mails... havent found a time to really sit down to write decent reasonably long mails. so just settle for the blog.
just had brunch with my cell leader... i coughed alot. but managed to get hold of some anti-biotic pills... this sore throat of mine is getting really irritating. *cough*
i've created this funky new art piece for todays presentation later... its a page of different shades of grey and sizes of circles all scattered around filling up the page... then in the middle is a lil small circle right on top of an elipse. its supposed to depict of one real/ original object- which is the white (white= purity) circle, having a black elipse to strengthen the point of its 3-D mass... acting as a shadow. as the black and white emerges together... it creates new forms of circles being grey and of different exaggerated sizes... yea... and the rest... go figure. i could upload the picture.. but unfortunately am in uni now... haha, i might do it later.
yea... and today i've got a match going on in the evening... but sadly... i wont be able to make it. my captain managed to get a replacement for my absense this week. next week... i'll be back!
ugh... continue this later.. something came up.

Nonsense... just like buddy the dog.
Another slack weekend went by... its just hard to get out of bed, when you're in the zone, you're just in the zone. but then again... it wasnt all that unproductive... the night activities we're slightly more active in a leisureble manner.
Hi Mother and Father... welcome to the world of blogging... enjoy.
ugh... my throat's really hurting at the moment... still feeling abit heaty from the previous' night lamb chop dinner. its tiring... of always having to contemplate if i have to either swallow my saliva or just spit it out. i mean... swallowing it just makes things painful... and incovenience is usually the case when i intend to spit.i still don't know whats so disgusting of spitting into the rubbish bins... its a Rubbish bin anyway, flammy salivas aint really useful fluids to be sinked through my throat.
*oh... Alvina... will get back to your mail... ASAP... juicy details?! hehe...*
it's interesting that my world is getting more and more evolve around med students... sunday, i had dinner with JM and her bunch of senior med friends. and to think... i really dont fit in.. probably being the fact that i'm new... and being seated in a squarish table... its hard to socialize within the corners. and med people are just med people... they're med? making no-sense here... well theres always this mentality of med students usually are bred in rich well to do families... and with the so called genius brains they possesed... they are set apart from the world. and ahaha... being up there... its hard to look down... but us being down there i guess its easy for us to look up and underneath them... all the more easier and transparent if they are wearing skirts. hehe...
my throat is really painful... ouch!
and did you all know that today is singapore's national day? hehe... best time to whip a bomb down there... hehe. kidding kidding... we malaysians love our neighbours... ;-)

How much is that doggie in the window... woof woof!!
there goes another week of classes... ended with just a wink. it all happened so fast... i had yet been able to digest it all. the semester is still at its foot... and work has yet to pile up.
still thinking and still trying to grasp the fact of Jojo's departure... its sad i still think to have it dead, without me being able to witness the event with my very own eyes. i still can remember the time when snowball left us. she'd been body stiff for the pass weeks... and there wasnt much the vet could do 'cept await its death. she was lied outside the front over newspapers... the only signs of her being still alive is her panting and eye blinks. then one sunday... things felt abit weird, and i went out to check up on her. her eyes were still wide open... but no signs of breathing.. and with her tounge dangling out like that... its definitely a gesture of resting in peace. yea... scary it was. and during then, jojo was still very much spunky and lively. to think years later... sudden death. nobody see it coming i think. how tragic.
*serene, you wept tears eh... i was in total blankness. it was like sudden white... best i fill my mind with other things to occupy the empty thought in my head. i was keen on seeing her too when i get back.*
Anyway, Modern architecture... pretty interesting. being less subjective as previous semester's Theories... i'm assuming that i would have more fun in this... rediscovering the precedents and our very forefathers of modernism. someone had told me... lots of architects are gays... funny.. when did that happen along the historical lines of architects as being weirdos and playboys. *i'm talking nonsense here...*
those of you whom i have yet to reply the mails... in due time... in due time.
i miss Jojo... intended to blog down all the things me and Jo used to do... especially when my sister was out of sight... keke.but am too lazy...

All quiet down the belly front...
its been really a long while since i've logged on into my blog. but anyways... im back. actually just waiting for my turn to use the bathroom... yea, 5 people using one bathroom. but its cool... atleast its not 10!!
i'm really dead full right now... just had dinner in the city at this new restaurant... i wasnt full of the dinner... but it was desert! puddings!! yum... err actually... its ugh ugh right now. i should try and control my self from these food indulgences. its bad for my body.. especially now when competitions are starting this week. oh help me god! im in deep trouble... competition's in less than 3 days... and i have not had practice with my teammates at all!!
oh dear, people... bad news... my dog died. well technically its my sister's... but its still partially my dog... her name is Jojo. she's dead... the last time i heard was that she went for some serious operation on her jaw... and i tot she'd be all better after that... apparently not. im thinking right now of the book "the curious incident of the dog in the night"... yes! when i get back... i have to get down to the bottom of this mystery of who killed Jojo. this is really sad... i was really sort of excited of seeing my dogs when i get back. now its only Buddy... the dog who pees at every second. hmmm... jojo.... she was so young... well, not really... but still half the age when snow ball died. this is really tragic... i've nothing more to say... im depress... i shall go and take my bath right now... *sob*
